This license is provided solely for your use in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited.

Our software is available in different editions—Classmint Lite, Classmint Advanced, and other versions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable fees for your chosen edition. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice.
 
4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software at our discretion, especially if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your rights to use the software will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
